The City of Wrenford is asking residents to share their feedback on city services and future priorities through the 2024 Resident Satisfaction Survey. Starting today, Nov. 10, 2023, homes across the city will receive a postcard with a special link to take the survey online.
The survey is being conducted by an independent research firm to ensure the results are statistically valid and truly represent the views of the community. Topics covered include satisfaction with services like recreation and road maintenance, value for tax dollars, and communication needs.
"Wrenford is a great place to live because of the people who share their feedback," said Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price. "I encourage all residents to take a few minutes to complete the survey and help us plan for a better city."
The survey is open until March 16, 2024. Participants may enter a draw to win one of two $250.00 gift cards. The City will also use this survey to recruit volunteers for a new online community panel. This panel will provide regular updates on important topics as they come up throughout the year.
The results will guide City decisions and plans, and will be shared with Council, staff, and the community later this spring.
To participate, look for the postcard in your mailbox and follow the link, or visit Neighbourhoods for more information on how the City connects with residents.
