Public registry and declarations

Find council declarations of interest, delegate relationships, and other documents the City must make public under Ontario law.

What is the public registry?

The public registry is a collection of documents that the City of Wrenford must make available to the public under the Municipal Act, 2001. These documents help you see how council members and city staff follow conflict-of-interest rules and manage their outside activities.

What you can find in the registry

The registry includes several types of forms and reports. You can view or download each one below.

  • Declarations of interest: Forms filed by council members and committee members listing any personal or financial interests that could affect their official duties.
  • Delegate relationships: Records of who council members contact on behalf of the City, including contractors, developers, and outside groups.
  • Outside activities: Reports on paid work, board memberships, and volunteer roles held by council members that might overlap with their civic responsibilities.
  • Gift and hospitality logs: A record of any gifts, meals, or travel offers accepted by council members, as required by law.

How to access the registry

You can view the registry online through the Public Registry Portal. The portal is updated monthly and lets you search for documents by name, date, or council member.

If you need a paper copy or have trouble using the online system, you can visit City Hall.
