Join us for a hands-on Youth Civic Engagement Workshop designed for young people ages 14 to 18 who want to learn how local government works and how they can make a difference right here in Wrenford. On November 21, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., we will meet at the Copper Ridge Youth Centre.
City staff and elected officials will walk you through how decisions are made, from neighbourhood park upgrades to city-wide budget plans. You will break into small groups to tackle a real local issue, research options, and pitch your ideas. There is no prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to share.
