Ready to dive into worlds where governments have taken over or technology controls everything? This monthly club is for teens who love dystopian fiction. We will read books together, discuss the characters, and talk about what makes these stories so gripping.
Each session, we will pick a new book or a specific chapter to explore. You do not need to read the whole book before you come. Just bring your thoughts, your favourite pen, and a friend. We will talk about the themes, the settings, and how the authors build their societies. You can also suggest your own dystopian titles for future meetings.
Registration is required so we can reserve enough copies of the books and prepare seating. Sign up through the library website or call 519-555-0130 to book your spot. If you need an accommodation, let us know when you register and we will make it work for you. The library is fully accessible, and the meeting room is on the ground floor with an elevator if you prefer.
Meet at the Main Branch in downtown Wrenford. Free parking is available nearby, and the building is close to the Downtown Transit Terminal. We meet on the third Thursday of the month from five to six thirty in the evening. First meeting is April 15.
