Join us for a guided nature walk through the historic Tamarack neighbourhood and its surrounding woodlands. This relaxed, family-friendly stroll explores local ecology, seasonal wildlife, and the area's rich industrial past. Our Parks Planner will lead the group along the Tamsin River Trail System, pointing out native plants, bird migration patterns, and the old mill foundations that once powered the community.

- Approximately 3 kilometres of mixed gravel and packed-dirt paths.
- Rest stops at scenic overlooks and historic markers.

What to bring:
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes.
- Water and a light snack.
- Weather-appropriate clothing, including a rain jacket if rain is forecast.
- Binoculars are welcome but not required.
