Looking for a little fright without the full-on scare? This storytime session is made just for children ages 7 to 10 who love a good spooky tale. We will read a selection of mild, age-appropriate stories that are perfect for the fall season. There will be time to talk about your favourite spooky characters and share a few laughs.

No registration is required. Just show up at the Northgate Branch on the day of the event. The reading room is located on the main floor, and the space is fully wheelchair accessible. If you have any questions about the event or the library's services, you can call 519-555-0131 or visit the Library for more information.

Feel free to bring a small notebook or sketchpad if you want to jot down ideas or draw your own spooky characters. The library provides all reading materials. We recommend that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult. Bring a friend, grab a seat, and enjoy a few minutes of autumn storytelling together.
