Spring is here, and it is time to look after your home. This workshop teaches you how to safely clean and maintain your gutters. Clogged gutters can cause water to back up into your roof or foundation. When water cannot flow freely, it can lead to costly damage inside and outside your house. You will learn simple steps to keep your drainage system working properly all year.
Join us at the Industrial Park East Ball Diamonds on April 24 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The session is designed for homeowners who want to take care of their properties. We will cover the basics of gutter cleaning, how to check for leaks, and the right tools to use. You can bring your own ladder and gloves if you have them, or we will provide some for the hands-on portion. If you prefer to watch, you are still welcome to come.
Registration is required because space is limited. Please sign up online or call 519-555-0100 to reserve your spot. The fee is $10.00 per person. This covers the use of shared tools and a safety checklist handout.
The venue is fully accessible. Paved walkways connect the parking lot to the activity area, and washrooms are available on site. If you need an accommodation to participate, please let us know when you register. We will do our best to make the workshop comfortable for everyone.
