Join us for the Spring Council Regular Meeting on March 23, 2027. The meeting will take place at Wrenford City Hall, 100 Mercer Street, in the Council Chambers. Regular Council meetings are held twice a month on the second and fourth Mondays at 6:00 p.m., though this spring session will begin at 7:00 p.m. to allow extra time for public discussion.
All meetings are open to the public. You can attend in person or watch the livestream on our website. If you have a question or want to share your thoughts on a topic, you can request a spot during the public comment period. Just sign up at the service desk when you arrive or call 519-555-0100 before the meeting starts.
The agenda, including all reports and by-laws to be discussed, will be posted on the Meetings & Agendas page two clear days before the meeting. You can also pick up a printed copy at the City Hall service counter. If you need help reading the materials, our staff at the service counter are happy to assist.
Parking is available in the lot behind the building and along Mercer Street. The accessible entrance is on Water Street. Please note that the meeting may run longer than the scheduled end time if there is a lot to cover. We appreciate you taking the time to help shape our city.
