We invite you to the Spring Budget Open House and Workshop on March 10, 2027, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wrenford City Hall. This free event is open to all residents and stakeholders who want to learn how the city plans to spend taxpayer dollars and share their ideas for the year ahead.
During the evening, you will see a clear overview of the proposed budget, including updates on roads, parks, transit, and public safety. Our finance team will walk through key numbers so you can see where your money goes. After the presentation, we will split into small groups for a hands-on workshop. You will help us set spending priorities, discuss trade-offs, and voice your thoughts on local services. No prior budget experience is needed.
The event will be held in the Council Chambers on the main floor of City Hall. The entrance on Water Street is fully accessible, and washrooms are available on-site. If you need an interpreter or have accessibility accommodations, please contact us ahead of time.
You do not need to register to attend. Just walk in, grab a seat, and take part. We will provide printed copies of the budget summary and sign-up sheets for volunteers. Come ready to ask questions and help us build a plan that works for everyone in Wrenford.
