Join us for Senior Digital Literacy: Holiday Safety, a free workshop designed to help older adults navigate the digital world safely during the busy holiday season. Whether you shop online, send e-cards, or video call family across the country, this session will give you practical tools to protect your personal information and avoid common scams.
What to expect
We will cover how to spot phishing emails and fake websites, set up strong passwords, use secure payment methods, and recognize holiday-themed scams. You will also learn how to adjust privacy settings on social media so your personal details stay private. Bring your own tablet, laptop, or smartphone if you have one, but you do not need to bring a device to participate.
Who it is for
This event is for seniors who want to feel more confident using technology. No prior experience is required. Our staff will guide you step by step at your own pace.
