Join us on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Riverside Flats Park to help keep our community spaces clean and safe. This free event is open to volunteers of all ages, so bring your family and neighbours.
What to bring: wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Bring your own gloves and a reusable water bottle. The City will provide grabbers, heavy-duty trash bags, and safety vests. We will start with a quick safety briefing, then split into small teams to clear litter and debris from the park and the Parks & Trails access points.
Registration is required so we can plan for enough supplies and refreshments. Sign up online or call Wrenford 311 at 311. If you need a wheelchair-accessible space or other accommodations, let us know when you register. The park features paved pathways and accessible washrooms.
After the cleanup, we will gather on the event lawn for snacks and a group photo. Thank you for helping us care for our neighbourhood and the river that runs through it.
