Join us on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the Pre-Holiday Family Movie Afternoon at Meadowlark Sports Field. This outdoor screening is a relaxed way to enjoy the season with your family before the holidays begin.
Bring your own blankets or low lawn chairs to sit on the grass. The field is flat and accessible, with paved pathways leading to the seating area. If you use a wheelchair or have a stroller, there is plenty of room to park and watch the film. Warm up with a hot drink or snack, or pack a picnic to enjoy before the movie starts. Please note that no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the screening area to keep wildlife away.
No registration is required. Just arrive early to claim a good spot. The event will go ahead in light rain, but will be cancelled in the case of severe weather or high winds. Check our service alerts for any last-minute changes. We hope to see you and your family there for an afternoon of movies and community fun.
