We are inviting residents to a November Budget Open House and Public Consultation at the Southview Community Hub. This session is a chance to look at the draft budget, see where tax dollars are going, and tell us what matters most to your neighbourhood before the council makes its final decisions.
You do not need to register to attend. Just drop in between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. Staff from City Services, Recreation & Culture, and Planning & Development will be on hand to explain the numbers, answer questions, and collect written comments. Bring your own ideas, a photo of a local issue, or a printed page from the draft budget if you have one. If you need help reading the materials, ask a staff member and we will gladly walk through them with you.
The Southview Community Hub at 205 Tamarack Drive is fully accessible. The building has an accessible entrance, meeting rooms, and washrooms on site. If you require a language interpreter, assistive listening device, or another accommodation to participate fully, please call 519-555-0100 at least two business days before the event so we can make the arrangements.
This consultation is open to all residents interested in municipal planning and city finances. Your feedback helps shape the 2027 budget that funds garbage collection, road maintenance, parks, transit, and community programs across Wrenford. We will compile all comments and present them to Council before the final budget is adopted in December.
Come learn about the services you use every day and help us plan for the year ahead.
