Get ready to meet the leaders who will guide our city for the next four years. On November 15, 2026, we are hosting a welcome reception for the newly elected City Council. This is your chance to meet Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price and Councillors Marcus Lindqvist, Priya Raman, Tom Beaudry, Grace Whitlock, Arjun Sidhu, and Helen Marchetti in a relaxed setting.
There is no registration required. Just drop in between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at the Southview Community Hub. We will have light refreshments and a chance to ask questions about the work ahead. The council members will share a few thoughts on their priorities for the 2026–2030 term, and you can learn how to get involved in local decisions.
The venue is fully accessible, with an accessible entrance and washrooms available. If you need accommodations to attend, please contact our events team at [email protected] or call 519-555-0100. We welcome all residents who want to connect with their new representatives and celebrate the start of a fresh term.
Follow us on the News & Events page for updates on other community gatherings. You can also visit Council to see meeting schedules and how to submit questions for future sessions.
