Join Mayor Danielle Okafor-Price, Ward 1 Councillor Marcus Lindqvist, and your other newly elected councillors for a free welcome reception at the Benchlands Community Hub. This is your chance to meet the officials who will guide our city through the 2026–2030 term, ask questions, and share ideas for the neighbourhoods you care about.
Council members will give a brief overview of their initial priorities, including how they plan to work with city staff on winter road maintenance, local park upgrades, and supporting small businesses downtown. You will also have time to chat with them between speakers over light refreshments provided by the City.
The Benchlands Community Hub is located at 215 Fernhill Street in the Benchlands neighbourhood. Accessible entrances and washrooms are available on site. If you need accessibility accommodations or interpretation services to attend, please contact Community Services by November 10.
This event is open to all Wrenford residents. Drop in anytime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 15, 2026. Bring your questions, your feedback, and a neighbour or two.
