Join us for the Library Teen Tech Workshop: Digital Art. This free session teaches teens ages 13 to 17 the basics of creating digital art. You will learn how to use free drawing software to make original pictures, edit photos, and build simple animations. No previous experience is needed. Just bring your own laptop or tablet with a free drawing app already installed. We also have a few loaner devices available if you do not have your own.

Registration is required because space is limited to 15 participants. You can sign up online through our calendar or call 519-555-0130 to register by phone. Please register by September 20 so we can prepare enough materials for everyone.

The workshop takes place on September 22, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Railside Historic Station Museum. The venue offers step-free access and accessible washrooms on the main floor. If you need an interpreter, assistive listening device, or any other support to take part, please let us know when you register. We will do our best to arrange it for you.

This event is part of our ongoing teen programming. Check our community programs page for more workshops, sports, and arts events. You can also browse our full event calendar to find what is happening in your neighbourhood.
