Join us for Library Storytime: Winter Wonders, a cozy morning designed for toddlers and their parents. This free program brings together storytelling, songs, and simple winter-themed crafts to keep little ones engaged as the days get shorter. You will find a warm welcome at the Ambrel Lake Pickleball Courts, where we have set up a comfortable reading circle and activity space.
No registration is required. Just show up at 10:30 a.m. on November 4, 2026, and we will have a spot for you. We recommend dressing warmly for the season, as the venue is outdoors. Bring a blanket to sit on, and if your little one has a favourite winter story or toy, feel free to bring it along to share.
The event is fully accessible. The courts have flat, paved surfaces and step-free access, making it easy for strollers, wheelchairs, and walkers. Washrooms are available at the nearby Ambrel Lake Recreation Centre. Free parking is located in the Ambrel Lake Park lot.
This program is a partnership between the City of Wrenford and the Wrenford Public Library Board. It is part of our ongoing effort to provide free, inclusive community programming for families. We look forward to seeing you and your little ones for a morning of winter stories and fun.
