Spring is here, and the Tamsin Valley is waking up! Join the librarians for Library Storytime: Spring Animals and Blooms at Benchlands Lookout Park. This free outdoor session is designed for toddlers and their caregivers. We will read picture books about hibernating bears, hopping frogs, and first spring flowers. You will also get to enjoy some simple finger plays and a short song about planting seeds.
There is no registration required. Just show up on Saturday, April 10, 2027, between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. We recommend bringing a picnic blanket or a small folding chair. Please bring water and dress for the weather, as the event will take place outdoors. If there is heavy rain or severe weather, we will move the program inside to Wrenford Public Library — Main Branch.
This event is fully accessible. The park has paved pathways that accommodate wheelchairs and strollers. Service animals are welcome. For more information about library programming or to find out about other free community events, visit our Library page. We look forward to seeing you outside among the spring blooms!
