Bundle up and head to Southview Park for a free storytime session designed for toddlers and their caregivers. This outdoor gathering brings together the magic of reading and the joy of winter through a specially selected set of seasonal stories, rhymes, and songs.

During the session, you and your little one will sit together in a circle and listen to tales about snowflakes, winter animals, and cozy homes. The librarian will lead interactive songs and simple hand motions to keep little hands and feet busy. After the stories, you will have a few minutes to share snacks and chat with other families in the neighbourhood.

No registration is needed. You can drop in at any time between 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. on January 29, 2027. Please wear warm winter clothing, including hats and gloves, and bring a blanket or a small folding chair to sit on. The park surface is paved and wheelchair accessible. Strollers are welcome and can be parked along the path. If you need extra seating or have specific accessibility needs, please arrive a few minutes early so we can set up a spot for you.

This program is brought to you by the Wrenford Public Library Board. For more winter programming, visit the Library page.
