Gather your little ones and head to the Northgate Aquatic Centre for a cozy morning of reading and play. This free storytime session is designed for toddlers and their caregivers. We will read short, engaging books, sing familiar songs, and try a simple hands-on activity that fits the February theme.

The event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on February 24, 2027. You do not need to register ahead of time. Just show up at the scheduled start time and find a seat in the activity area. Caregivers are welcome to stay with their children throughout the session.

The Northgate Aquatic Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. There are washrooms on site, and free parking is available nearby. If you need more information about the building or the space we will use, you can find details on the Northgate Aquatic Centre page.

This program is part of our ongoing Recreation & Culture calendar, which brings free and low-cost activities to every neighbourhood. If you enjoy these sessions, check out the Programs page for more ideas. We also partner with the Wrenford Public Library — Northgate Branch to keep our early literacy programming running smoothly.

Bring a blanket if you like, and wear layers so your little ones stay comfortable. We look forward to seeing you for a quiet morning of stories and connection.
