Get ready for a sweet holiday treat! We are hosting a Holiday Cookie Decorating Workshop at the Wrenford Public Library — Ambrel Lake Branch. This event is open to seniors and intergenerational families who want to enjoy some holiday cheer.
Arrive between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2026. You will have two hours to decorate your cookies using provided icing, sprinkles, and festive toppings. We will have table space for up to twenty guests, so please register in advance. The cost is just $3 per person, which covers all the baking supplies and decorations.
Whether you are a seasoned baker or just want to try something new, this workshop is a great way to spend an afternoon. Bring your favourite cookie cutters if you have them, but we will have plenty on hand. If you need special accommodations, such as wheelchair access or dietary options, please mention it when you register.
How to register: Call the library at 519-555-0132, visit the front desk at the Ambrel Lake Branch, or book online through the City's recreation portal. Spaces fill up quickly, so sign up early.
Enjoy some holiday spirit, meet your neighbours, and take home a box of sweet treats. We look forward to seeing you there!
