Join us for a cozy afternoon of creativity at the Wrenford Public Library — Main Branch. On Friday, January 15, 2027, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., families with children ages 5 to 12 are invited to make and decorate their very own snow globes. This hands-on craft is a perfect way to spend a winter day indoors.
What to expect:
Each participant will receive a small glass globe, glitter, water, and a selection of winter-themed figures. Your child can choose their favourite pieces to arrange inside, then watch as you help them seal it up and turn it into a sparkling keepsake. All materials are provided, so just bring your imagination!
Registration:
Space is limited, so you must register to attend. Visit the Programs page or call the library at 519-555-0130 to sign up. The fee is $5.00 per person, payable at the desk or online when you book.
Accessibility:
The library is fully accessible. The main entrance on Mercer Street has a ramp, and the craft area is set up for wheelchairs and walkers. If you need an accommodation or a communication aid, let us know when you register and we will do our best to assist you.
The library is run by its own board, but the City helps keep the lights on and the books flowing. We hope to see you there!
