Bring the whole family to the Northgate Branch for a free scavenger hunt on Family Day weekend. On February 15, 2027, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., children and their grown-ups will follow clues around the library to solve puzzles and find hidden treasures. This event is designed for families with children and works well for all ages.
Registration is required because space is limited. You can sign up online through the library booking portal or call the branch at 519-555-0131. Please register by February 13 so we can prepare enough activity kits for everyone.
At the event, you will receive a map and a list of challenges. Teams will work together to locate specific books, answer trivia questions, and complete creative tasks. Each family that finishes the hunt will receive a small prize and a library card application form. If you do not already have a card, you can pick one up on the spot.
The Northgate Branch is fully accessible. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and washrooms are located on the main floor. Free parking is available in the lot behind the building at 900 Northgate Boulevard.
