Join us for a fun family craft workshop where you will make holiday ornaments from recycled materials. This hands-on session is perfect for all ages and a great way to get into the festive spirit before the holidays. We will provide glue, string, paint, and other crafting supplies, but you are welcome to bring clean recyclables from home like cardboard tubes, plastic bottles, or fabric scraps.

The workshop takes place at the Orchard Park Shelter on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No registration is required. You can walk in anytime during the session. The cost is $5.00 per person. We accept cash and credit cards.

The shelter is fully wheelchair accessible, and accessible washrooms are located nearby. If you need assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please contact us at 519-555-0100 or email [email protected].

Wear comfortable clothing that can get a little messy. Bring an apron or old shirt if you have one. This event is part of our ongoing programming for families and kids. Explore more activities and events on our Programs page.
