Join us for the Fall Trail Clean-Up Volunteer Day on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Hollis Creek Greenway. This free event is open to all volunteers who want to help keep our trails safe and beautiful as we head into winter.
Meet at the trailhead near 155 Hollis Park Drive. City staff will hand out trash bags and grabbers. You can help pick up litter, clear fallen branches, and check drainage ditches. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Bring a reusable water bottle. We will also provide light refreshments after the work is done.
Registration is required so we can plan for enough supplies and safety gear. Sign up online through the Wrenford 311 portal or call 519-555-0100. If you need a ride to the event or require an accessible trail, let us know when you register. The greenway is paved and mostly flat, making it suitable for wheelchairs and strollers, though some sections near the creek edge may be uneven.
For questions, contact Recreation Programs Coordinator Caroline Dubé at [email protected] or 519-555-0100. We look forward to seeing you there!
