Shop online without worry. This free workshop teaches you how to stay safe while buying things on the internet. We will cover how to spot fake websites, use strong passwords, and protect your credit card information. You will also learn how to read return policies and check reviews before you buy.
Bring your own laptop or tablet if you have one. If you do not, we will have a few devices you can borrow for the session. No experience with computers is needed. We will go at a comfortable pace and answer all your questions.
The workshop is held at the library. The library is located at 1300 Ambrel Lake Road, Wrenford, ON N4Q 5D4. The building is fully accessible, and washrooms are available on site. Free parking is nearby.
Since seats are limited, you must register to attend. Use the link below or call the library at 519-555-0132 to book your spot. We ask that you register at least two days before the event so we can prepare enough materials.
