Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help teens ages 13 to 17 navigate the digital world safely. This session covers the essentials of protecting your personal information, creating strong passwords, and recognizing suspicious links or messages. You will also learn how to adjust privacy settings on popular social media platforms so you control who sees your content.

No prior technical knowledge is required. Bring your own laptop, tablet, or smartphone so you can practice the tips and tricks during the session. If you do not have a device, we will have a few loaner tablets available, but seating is limited. Please register online or call the library to reserve your spot.

The workshop takes place at the Northgate Branch in the community program room. The building is fully accessible with an automatic entrance and accessible washrooms. This program is free, but registration is required because we only have room for a small group. Spaces fill up quickly, so sign up early.
