Do you need to access government services online but feel unsure where to start? This free workshop is designed for seniors who want to build confidence using the internet. You will learn how to find official government websites, create secure accounts, and complete common tasks like renewing a driver’s licence or checking property taxes.
Our friendly library staff will guide you through step-by-step instructions. We will cover safe password practices, how to spot phishing emails, and where to find reliable information on Ontario.ca and Wrenford.ca. Bring your own laptop, tablet, or smartphone if you have one. If you do not have a device, please let us know when you register so we can set up a computer for you.
Space is limited, so please register in advance. You can call the library at 519-555-0132 or stop by the front desk at 1300 Ambrel Lake Road. The branch is fully accessible, with an elevator and washrooms on site. If you need an accommodation to participate, please tell us when you call.
Whether you want to manage your pension online or just browse official city updates, this session will give you the tools to navigate government websites with ease.
