Help shape how the city spends your tax dollars. This open workshop gives you a clear look at how the City of Wrenford plans its budget each year and how you can make your voice heard before decisions go before council.

We will walk through the main parts of the municipal budget, including roads, transit, waste collection, and community services. You will see where the money comes from, how it is divided, and what options the city considers when setting fees and charges. Staff will also explain the timeline for the 2027 budget and when public input is needed.

Bring your questions and ideas. Whether you want to learn more about how property taxes work, suggest changes to park funding, or understand the cost of winter snow removal, this is a chance to ask directly and get plain-language answers. We will also share how the city will gather feedback over the coming months and where you can follow the budget process online.

The workshop is free and open to all residents. No registration is required. If you need accommodation to participate, please contact the City Services department at 519-555-0100 or email contact us at least three business days before the event.

For more information on the city's financial planning, visit the Budget page. Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
