The City of Wrenford is planning next year's budget, and we want to hear from you. Join us at the Benchlands Community Hub for a town hall where we will walk through the proposed spending for 2027. You will see where your tax dollars go, from roads and garbage collection to parks and recreation programmes. This is your chance to ask questions and tell us what matters most in your neighbourhood.
We will cover the main services you use every day, including transit, winter maintenance, community centres, and the local library. There will be a brief presentation followed by open discussion. Bring your questions, your feedback, and your ideas. If you have a specific concern about a service or a project, we want to hear it.
The event is free and open to everyone. The Benchlands Community Hub is fully accessible, with an entrance that accommodates wheelchairs and mobility aids. Free parking is available nearby. If you need an interpreter or other accessibility accommodations, please let us know when you call 519-555-0100. No registration is required, but we encourage you to arrive early so you can find a good seat.
After the town hall, you can view the draft budget online or stop by City Hall to review the full document. Your input will help shape the final budget that Council approves in December.
