This open house gives you a chance to look at the draft 2027 budget and share your ideas. You will meet with department heads and learn how we plan to spend tax dollars on services like garbage collection, road repairs, and parks. There will be hands-on workshops where you can practice building a family budget and see how small changes add up over the year. No registration is needed to attend. The venue is fully accessible, with wheelchair access and free parking nearby. Bring a calculator if you would like to work through examples during the workshop sessions. Light refreshments will be provided. We want to hear from everyone, so drop in anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 20. Staff will be available to help you understand the budget report and answer questions about upcoming projects. If you have accessibility needs or require interpretation services, please let us know when you arrive.
