Join us for a free drop-in evening to review the city's draft budget and share your ideas on how we fund Arts & Culture programming and community spaces. We want to hear from residents and local stakeholders about what matters most in our neighbourhood.

When and where

Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Tamarack Community Hall, 205 Tamarack Drive. The hall is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., so you can arrive early or stay late.

What to expect

Staff from Recreation & Culture and Finance will be on hand to walk you through the draft budget. You will see how we plan to support community events, park upgrades, and local heritage projects. Bring your questions, suggestions, and a list of priorities. We will collect your feedback on the spot and add it to the official report for Council.

Accessibility and accommodations

Tamarack Community Hall has an accessible entrance, washrooms on site, and plenty of parking. If you need a wheelchair, a service animal, or an interpreter to attend, let us know at 519-555-0100 or Accessibility. We will make sure you can take part.

Do you need to register?

No. This is a drop-in session, so just show up when you can.
