Get ready for the 2026 municipal election. Join us for a voter information session at the Main Branch of the Wrenford Public Library. This event is for all residents who want to learn more about casting a ballot, updating their voter registration, and understanding the issues on the ballot.
The municipal election takes place on Monday, October 26, 2026. City Manager Robert Eng and City Clerk Nadia Kowalczyk will walk through the voting process, including how to vote if you are outside Wrenford on election day, how to use a proxy vote, and where your local polling station will be. Library CEO Tara Sandhu will also explain how the library's collection can help you research the candidates and the official plan.
There is no registration required. Just walk in at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The session will last until 8:00 p.m. We will have free refreshments and printed voter guides available while supplies last. If you need an interpreter or have accessibility requests, please contact the library at 519-555-0130 ahead of time so we can arrange accommodations.
Whether you are a first-time voter, a returning resident, or just want to make sure your vote counts, this session will give you the facts you need before election day. Bring your photo identification and proof of address if you plan to update your registration on the spot.
