Join us for an evening of civic engagement as you meet the candidates running for Mayor and City Council in the upcoming 2026 municipal election. This free event gives you a chance to hear directly from those seeking your vote, ask your own questions, and learn about the issues that matter most to your neighbourhood.
Candidates will share a brief introduction, outline their key priorities for the city, and take questions from the audience. Topics may include transit routes, waste collection, park maintenance, public safety, and the upcoming budget. The evening is open to all voters and community members, regardless of political affiliation.
The event will be held at the Main Branch of the Wrenford Public Library. The building features an accessible entrance and washrooms, and free parking is available nearby. Seating is first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early. No registration is required, but you are welcome to call ahead if you need specific accommodations.
This is your chance to shape the conversation before election day. Bring your questions, listen to the candidates, and find out how you can get involved in the democratic process.
