Join us at Kingfisher Park for a Civic Engagement and Voting Workshop designed to help you navigate the upcoming municipal election. Whether you are a first-time voter or a long-time resident looking to refresh your knowledge, this session covers everything you need to know about casting a ballot in Wrenford.

City staff will walk you through the voting process, explain how ballots work, and answer questions about local issues that affect our neighbourhoods. You will also learn how to register to vote, where to find candidate information, and the different ways you can participate in city decisions between elections.

This workshop is free and open to all adults. No registration is required, so you can drop in anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Bring a friend or a family member who might benefit from the information.

Kingfisher Park is fully accessible. Wheelchair ramps and paved pathways connect the main entrance to the gathering area. Accessible washrooms are located nearby. If you need an accommodation to participate fully, please contact our accessibility coordinator at least two days before the event.

After the workshop, stay for a light refreshment and chat with your neighbours and ward representatives. It is a great chance to connect with your community and make your voice heard.
