Step outside and enjoy the fall colours while you learn how to keep them. Bring your favourite leaves from your yard or collect them along the paved trail at Hollis Creek Greenway. We will provide wax paper, heavy books, craft glue, and blank cards so you can finish your project right there.
This workshop works for all ages. Parents and guardians can help younger children gather leaves and arrange their designs. The trail is flat and stroller-friendly, and there are benches along the way if you need a rest.
Spaces are limited, so please register ahead of time. You can sign up online through Service Wrenford or call 519-555-0100. The cost is $5.00 per person, which covers all the pressing materials and craft supplies.
If the weather turns bad, we will move the activity indoors to the Westbrook Community Arena or cancel the session. Check our Service Alerts page for any last-minute changes.
Bring a small bag for your finished leaves, a water bottle, and a pencil if you want to label your pieces. We will have extra markers and stickers available too.
