Join candidates running in the 2026 municipal election for a community question-and-answer session. This forum gives residents a chance to meet the people hoping to serve on Council and hear their plans for Wrenford. The event is free and open to everyone.

The forum will be held on September 16, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wrenford City Hall. You do not need to register to attend. We will keep the session straightforward. Candidates will share brief opening statements, followed by a moderated question period where you can ask about local issues like transit, parks, and housing. Each candidate will have the same amount of time to respond.

If you are a candidate, please contact the City Clerk's Office ahead of time so we can add your name to the speaker list. The office can be reached at 519-555-0100 or by email at [email protected].

The main entrance to City Hall is on Water Street and is fully accessible. Live captioning will be provided on a large screen at the front of the room. If you need other accommodations, such as sign language interpretation or audio description, please let us know at least five business days before the event.

You can also watch the forum live online. The meeting will be livestreamed through the City's official channels, just like regular Council meetings. If you have questions about voting, registration, or the election process, please visit the election information page or call 311.
