Register for youth programs
Enrol your teenager in approved city recreation and sports programs. Wrenford offers a wide variety of activities designed for youth in grades seven through twelve. These programs are held at community centres, the aquatic facility, and local sports complexes across the city.
How to enrol
You must complete the registration process through the official online booking page. This is the primary method for securing a spot in any program. You can access this page from any device with internet connectivity. The system is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
If you do not have access to the internet or require assistance, you may visit the recreation office in person. The office is located in the main civic building in Downtown. You can also call the main line at 519-555-0100 for general inquiries or dial Wrenford 311 for specific program questions. Staff are available during regular business hours.
What you need
Before you begin, please gather the following information:
- A valid credit or debit card. The city accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Interac. Cash is not accepted for online transactions.
- Your teenager’s personal details, including full name, date of birth, and home address.
- A current health card number. This is required for liability and emergency purposes.
- Any relevant medical information or physician notes if your teenager has specific health needs. You must declare these conditions during the registration process.
Once you have entered all details and paid the required fees, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this confirmation or save it to your mobile device. You must present this proof of registration at the program start date.
Deadlines and payments
Registration for most programs opens in early January for the spring and summer seasons. Registration for fall programs opens in late August. Spaces are limited and fill quickly. We recommend registering as soon as the booking window opens.
Full payment is due at the time of registration. If you wish to cancel, you must do so in writing at least fourteen days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within fourteen days of the start date are subject to a twenty-five per cent administrative fee. No refunds are issued after the program has begun, except in cases of documented medical emergency.
Accessibility
All city facilities are accessible. If your teenager requires specific accommodations, please note this in the special requirements section of the booking page. The recreation department will contact you to discuss available options.

Remember to check the schedule for your preferred neighbourhood. Programs are offered in Riverside Flats, Fallsview, Old Mill, and other areas throughout Wrenford.
