Register for a youth program
Enrol your child or teenager in a seasonal recreation program through the online registration system. This service is designed for parents and guardians who wish to secure a spot in City of Wrenford youth activities, including sports, arts, and camps.
What you need before you start
Before you begin the registration process, please ensure you have the following information and items ready. Having these on hand will help you complete the form quickly and avoid interruptions.
- Active email address: You must provide a valid email address. All confirmations, receipts, and important updates will be sent here. Check your inbox and spam folder regularly.
- Payment method: Have a valid credit card or debit card ready. The system accepts major Canadian credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards are not accepted for program fees.
- Participant details: Know the full legal name, date of birth, and grade level of the child or teenager registering. If your child has specific medical needs or allergies, have those details available to enter into the health section of the form.
- Previous participant number: If your child has participated in City of Wrenford programs before, locate their previous participant number. This helps the system link their history and speeds up the entry process. If you cannot find this number, you can proceed without it, but it may take longer to process.
How to register
Visit the Youth Registration Booking Page to view available programs. You can search by age group, activity type, or date. Once you find a program that suits your child, select the "Register" option.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter participant information. Review all details carefully before submitting. Errors in dates of birth or names may result in registration delays or denials.
After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Print or save this email as proof of registration. Keep it until the program begins.
Important dates and deadlines
Registration for seasonal programs opens on specific dates. Early registration often provides access to the widest selection of spots. Late registrations are accepted only if space is available.
Program fees are due at the time of registration. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, your spot may be released to another participant. Check the program description on the Booking Page for specific payment deadlines.
