Register for day camp
Summer is a time for fun, learning, and making new friends. The City of Wrenford offers a variety of day camp programs for youth in our community. These programs are held at community centres, parks, and recreational facilities across the city. Whether your child loves sports, arts and crafts, or outdoor exploration, there is a camp that fits their interests.
Who can register
Day camp programs are available for children aged 6 to 12 years. Some sessions may have specific age ranges, so please check the program details when you browse the options. If your child has special needs or requires additional support, our staff are trained to accommodate various abilities. Contact the Youth Services office to discuss specific requirements before registering.
How to enrol
You can register for day camp through the online booking page. This is the fastest and most convenient method. You will need to create an account or log in to your existing profile. Once logged in, select the camp program that suits your child, choose your preferred dates, and complete the payment process. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is successful.
If you prefer to register in person, you can visit the Youth Services office. The office is located in the main municipal building in Downtown Wrenford. Staff members are available to assist you with the registration form and answer any questions you may have. Please bring a valid form of identification and proof of residency if requested.
What you need
To complete your registration, you will need the following information:
- Your child’s full name and date of birth.
- Your contact information, including a phone number and email address.
- Emergency contact details for at least two individuals.
- Information about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications your child requires.
- Payment method. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and pre-authorized debit. Cash payments are only accepted in person at the Youth Services office.
Important dates and times
Registration for the summer season opens on May 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Programs run from June 22, 2026, to August 14, 2026. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible. If a program is full, you may join a waitlist through the online booking page.
Refund policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please do so in writing. Cancellations made before June 1, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between June 2 and June 15, 2026, will receive a 50 per cent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 15, 2026, or for no-shows. Transfers to another child are permitted if you provide written notice to the Youth Services office.
