Wrenford Heart Health Volunteers

Free blood pressure screenings and health education for Wrenford residents aged 40 and older.

Wrenford Heart Health Volunteers is a community group dedicated to supporting cardiovascular wellness across the city. The group provides free blood pressure screenings and clear, practical education on heart health to community members.

This program is open to all adults aged 40 and older. You can join a session to learn more about maintaining a healthy heart, managing risk factors, and understanding your numbers. There is no cost to attend, and you do not need to bring any equipment.

Meetings take place at the Meadowlark Family Centre in the Meadowlark neighbourhood. The group meets on the first and third Tuesdays of every month, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., year-round. The facility offers an activity room and washrooms for your convenience.

If you would like to attend a session, volunteer your time, or learn more about the program, please reach out through the City's community development office. You can send an email to [email protected] to get in touch.
