Wildrye Community Association

A volunteer group that helps keep Wildrye Park clean through monthly litter pick-ups and graffiti removal projects.

The Wildrye Community Association is a volunteer group that helps keep our neighbourhood clean and green. If you live in Wildrye and want to make a difference, this is the place for you. You do not need any special skills to join. Just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to help out.

Each month, the association coordinates litter pick-ups and graffiti removal in Wildrye Park. Volunteers meet to collect trash, pick up litter, and report any vandalism to the City. Working together makes the park safer and more enjoyable for families, dog walkers, and kids who play there.

Meetings are held at Wildrye Park on the second Saturday of every month from April to October. The group gathers from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. All supplies, including gloves and trash bags, are provided. There is no cost to participate.

If you would like to get involved or have questions about the group, please contact the City's community development office. You can send an email to [email protected]. They will put you in touch with the right volunteer coordinator.
