Westbrook Young Artists offers a welcoming space for youth aged 12 to 18 to explore visual arts. The group provides mentorship from experienced local artists and access to studio space where you can work on paintings, drawings, and mixed-media projects. Whether you are picking up a paintbrush for the first time or polishing your portfolio, you will find a supportive community here.
Meetings take place every Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., between September and June. The group meets at the Westbrook Community Arena, which offers a large community hall perfect for displaying student work and hosting informal critiques. There is no cost to join the programme, making it easy for all young artists in the area to participate.
