Join the Riverside Flats Tennis Club for a chance to play on local courts and meet your neighbours. The club runs a competitive and social tennis league for local residents. If you are 18 or older, you can sign up for the season.
Matches and practices are held at the Riverside Flats Tennis Courts, located at 375 Water Street. The club meets on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., running from May through September. It is a great way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors during the warmer months.
The cost to join is $40 a season. All players are welcome, whether you are looking for a friendly match or a more serious league. To register or find out more about volunteer opportunities, reach out to the City's community development office at [email protected]. They can help you get on the list and answer any questions about the schedule or equipment.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring your own racket. Water is encouraged, and the courts are open to everyone who pays the seasonal fee.
