Railside Sleep Disorder Support

Free monthly meetings offering education and support for adults dealing with insomnia and sleep apnea.

Do you or someone you know struggle with trouble sleeping or sleep apnea? The Railside Sleep Disorder Support group meets to share information and help each other manage these conditions. You will find practical tips, coping strategies, and a friendly space to talk about your experiences. The group is open to all adults, whether you are living with a sleep disorder yourself or supporting a family member or friend.

Meetings are held at the Railside Community Centre on the first Monday of every month from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The group runs from September through June. There is no cost to attend, and you do not need a referral to join. Just drop in when you are ready.

We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment. Instead, we focus on peer support and education to help you feel more in control of your sleep health. If you have questions or would like to be added to our mailing list, please reach out to our community development office at [email protected]. We look forward to meeting you.
