Join the Railside Film Review Club to watch and talk about independent and classic movies in a relaxed, friendly space. This volunteer-run group meets every Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., between October and April. All meetings take place at the Railside Community Centre.
The club is open to any adult 18 years or older. Whether you enjoy foreign cinema, old Hollywood, or hidden local gems, you will find a welcoming group of neighbours ready to share their thoughts. Each session features a curated selection of films followed by an open discussion. No film expertise is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to chat.
Membership costs $10.00 a year. The fee covers the screening materials and helps keep the space running smoothly. To join, or if you need help finding the meeting room, email the City's community development office at [email protected]. They will connect you with the volunteer coordinator and answer any questions about attendance or film preferences.
Bring a friend, grab a snack, and settle in for an evening of great storytelling. The Railside Film Review Club is a great way to meet new people and explore the art of cinema right here in Wrenford.
