The Old Mill Historical Society keeps the story of Wrenford alive for everyone. You will find archives, guided talks, and museum displays that show how our city grew from a simple grist mill in 1834 to the community we know today. The group welcomes adults who want to learn about the past or help preserve local records.
Meetings happen on the second Wednesday of every month from September to May, between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. You can join us at the Old Mill Museum & Archives, located at 12 Mill Street. Members take turns sharing research, sorting through old photographs, and planning exhibits for the public. If you have family stories or local documents, this is a great place to share them.
Membership costs $25.00 a year. That fee covers your vote at annual meetings, updates on society projects, and access to the research room. You do not need prior history experience to join. Whether you want to volunteer at events or just enjoy learning, there is a role for you.
To get involved or ask questions, reach out through the City's community development office at [email protected]. They will connect you with the society's volunteer coordinator and pass along any membership forms.
