The Old Mill Chronic Pain Management Group offers a safe, welcoming space for adults living with chronic conditions to connect and share experiences. Facilitated by peers who understand the daily challenges of long-term pain, the group focuses on practical coping strategies, mutual support, and building resilience.
Meetings take place at Old Mill Community Centre on the third Tuesday of every month from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The group meets year-round and is open to any adult navigating chronic pain or a long-term health condition. There is no fee to attend, and refreshments are provided.
If you would like to join or need more information about the group, please reach out to the City's community development office. You can email [email protected] or call 519-555-0100. Our staff will connect you with the right contacts and answer any questions about accessibility or accommodations.
