The Meadowlark Bereavement Support Circle gives you a safe place to talk about loss. You can share your feelings and hear from others going through the same thing. This helps you heal at your own pace.
The group meets in the activity room at the Meadowlark Family Centre. This is a quiet, accessible space where you can feel comfortable. The centre has washrooms and free parking nearby.
Whether you lost a family member, a friend, or a pet, this group welcomes you. You can come just to listen, or share as much as you want. There is no pressure.
Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays from September to June. Sessions run from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The circle is free. There is no cost to attend.
