The Hollis Creek Sketchers is an outdoor art group for anyone who enjoys drawing and painting in the fresh air. The group focuses on urban sketching and plein air painting, giving you a chance to capture the sights of Wrenford's parks, bridges, and waterways on paper or canvas.
You can meet the group every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., from May through October. We gather at the Hollis Creek Picnic Shelter. Bring your own sketchbook, pencils, watercolours, or any medium you prefer. The group is free to join and open to all ages. You do not need any experience—just bring your curiosity and enjoy the outdoors while you practice your craft.
If you want to join or have questions, reach out to the community development office at [email protected].
